On April 28, 2026, Zechin Bio officially launched the Zechin™ prepacked column product line at BIOCHINA 2026. The product line covers 5 protein purification modes, all using 6% highly cross-linked agarose base matrix with flow rates up to 300 cm/h and compatibility with 0.1 M NaOH CIP.

The launch includes:

• GST 4FF / GST 6FF: Affinity purification of GST-tagged proteins, capacity ≥ 10 mg/mL
• MBP 4FF / MBP 6FF: Maltose-binding protein tag purification, ideal for insoluble proteins
• NINTA 4FF / NINTA 6FF: Ni²⁺ chelation, His-tag protein purification, capacity ≥ 40 mg/mL
• Q 4FF / Q 6FF: Strong anion exchange, ideal for nucleic acids and acidic proteins
• SP 4FF / SP 6FF: Strong cation exchange, ideal for basic proteins

The prepacked columns use medical-grade PP tubes with Luer connectors, fully compatible with ÄKTA, Bio-Rad NGC, PuriMaster and other mainstream chromatography systems. 1 mL is ideal for method development and high-throughput screening, while 5 mL is suitable for 5–50 mg scale-up.
